The “DO NOT REMOVE” security tag must remain intact and attached to the garment. If this tag is cut, tampered with, or re-attached, the item is ineligible for return, regardless of the defect.-Resolution Process-
Upon review, if the defect is verified, The House Of Jeremiah, New York will provide a complimentary prepaid shipping label. Once the item is received and passes a physical inspection to ensure it is unworn and in its original packaging, we will—at our discretion—issue a replacement or a full refund to the original payment method.
