Every item undergoes a multi-point inspection and is digitally logged before being sealed for shipment. However, if you receive an item that possesses a genuine manufacturing defect, we will rectify the situation immediately.

You must notify our concierge team at Houseofjeremiah.nyc@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. Reports made after this window will not be accepted

 2. Security Tags?.....

The “DO NOT REMOVE” security tag must remain intact and attached to the garment. If this tag is cut, tampered with, or re-attached, the item is ineligible for return, regardless of the defect.
